ISO 14001:2015 certification is a great tool in finding ways to reduce environmental impact. It prompted us to consider greener alternatives.
We opted for a more traditional stile and rail production method using a 100% recycled core material. Any adhesives and lacquers used in our doorsets are water-based.
Our haulage is controlled and every element of our doorsets is recyclable. Furthermore, our Eco Range contains no added formaldehyde.
Any standard-size door of the Eco Range would emit only naturally occurring formaldehyde – the equivalent of a pencil! Using our Eco Range doorsets may help you gain extra credits in BREEM or LEED projects.
In terms of innovation, our doors are equipped with Door Data Systems pin containing certification and warranty details as well as installation instructions.
To further improve on the safety aspects, our Stock Range doors are supplied with Blue 60 expanding fire foam and packers system that provides 60 minutes of fire protection. No need to use mastic or sealant.
To save you time and money, our doors come fully finished in your chosen colour; that means: no painting required (except for the 3D finish)! To make the installation even faster and easier, our doors have pre-drilled fixing positions and pre-cut architraves. In short, it is everything in a box on stock orders or upon request.
