Illbruck TN021 Foamed Acrylic Tape (VHB equivalent)
Illbruck TN021 is made from a composition of viscoelastic acrylic copolymers and monomers with glass microsphere fillers which is then extruded and cured using UV light. There are no solvents used during the manufacturing process. The product is naturally tacky and is capable of forming permanent bonds with many non-porous materials, in many cases eliminating the need for mechanical fasteners in extreme environmental conditions.
illbruck TN022 High Impact Glazing Tape
TN022 is a very high-performance glazing tape which has been developed to enhance the security of bomb blast protection windows and doors. The product is designed to replace the original internal gasket, bonding and sealing the glass unit to the frame with the ability to retain the glazing within the frame during and after an explosion. This has been tested in accordance with ISO 16933 : 2007 Glass in building – Explosion-resistant security glazing – Test and classification for arena air-blast loading.

Illbruck TP660 Trio
illbruck TP650 is an impregnated, pre-compressed multi-functional sealing tape. It is comprised of open-cell polyurethane soft foam, impregnated with flame-retardant synthetic resin. The different vapour diffusion properties are achieved through a unique, one-sided patented side impregnation. The impregnation also protects the tape against mould and fungi. TP650 utilises the property of water-vapour permeable sealing, making it less permeable inside than outside (inside tighter than outside principle) TP650 is used for sealing the perimeter joints of windows and doors against driving rain and provides airtightness and thermal insulation, thereby maintaining the energy performance of the window/door. Solvent-free, single-sided self-adhesive for initial location to window frame. TP653 is free from halogen-containing flame retardants, solvent, silicone and (H) CFC’s. TP653 is a premium multi-functional tape for the perimeter sealing of windows and doors and is covered on the internal face with the new illbruck polymer film. This results in a high level of air and smoke tightness and a higher sd value to the inside whilst being vapour permeable to the outside. This complies with the principle ‘inside tighter than outside’ per the RAL guideline.
